Service Agreement

By using Delivra Logistics services, you agree to these terms. All shipments are subject to our standard terms of carriage, applicable international conventions, and customs regulations.

Liability

Liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with applicable transport law and the service level agreed upon at booking. Additional insurance is available upon request.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your contract.
